Dylan's First Day of First Grade.....
So very proud of this babe of mine, he walked into class with me.
A quick hug and kiss goodbye and he was off.
My heart was little broken to think how independent he has become in the last year.
Ready for an eventful exciting year!!!

Oh........
The best for last Dylan is officially able to ride his bike!!!!
Wednesday will be Ryan's first day of Pre-K, not sure how this Momma is going to handle all her babes in school.
Sigh......

Busy, busy, busy
My, my, my last week was filled with lots of fun in the sun! We began with a Splash Day at the Quarry Splash Pad with our favorite family friend the Estes. The boys had so much they requested pool time. Needless to say we were home by 3 o'clock and tired.
The following day Tia Anna came to the house and the boys enjoyed more pool time and floating on Tia's very large turtles. Momma was exhausted and vowed to stay indoors Thursday.BUT..... Mr. Matt came by and we decided to pack up some food and take the boys to splash park in Round Rock....GREAT IDEA!!!! Dylan overcame his fears and went down both big slides!!!! I was one proud Momma! Ryan...aka Tractor Driver was all over place. Friday we surprised the boys with a trip to San Antonio zoo.It was HOT and the crowds not to bad. Boys did great and we were prepared with a camel-back, canteen, gatorade and snacks.

New Beginnings!
School....
Dylan is beginning first grade. I absolutely cannot believe how fast this babe of mine is growing. I am one proud Momma, and much to my liking he is all about staying active and being healthy!!!!
This has been the toughest summer EVER!!! About two weeks ago, I had to call 9-1-1 and rode in the ambulance as my mother was transported to Seton Main. She was in critical condition most of the trip and when we arrived at the ER her airway immediately secured. She was in ICU for three days and then IMC (cardiac step down unit) five days. It was the most scariest moment in my life. I can remember as a little girl my dad telling my mom's heart and lungs were delicate, and as my career in the medical field has grown...well I have a better understanding. With the grace of God she is now home and growing stronger everyday. I have much to be thankful for and my strength has definitely been tested.
