New Beginnings!

Ahem....I have neglected this blog for almost a year. Sad I know...much has happened, and well I felt it was best to start from scratch!
School....
Dylan is beginning first grade. I absolutely cannot believe how fast this babe of mine is growing. I am one proud Momma, and much to my liking he is all about staying active and being healthy!!!!

Ryan is going to be attending pre-k and turning 4 years old this month. Not sure how this will go, he is obsessed with tractor....around here is better known as Tractor Man or Combine Driver. He is very authoritative for his, but I like it.

Me.....School is approaching a finish slowly but surely. Only 46 hours left and I will have my first bachelors. Better late than never! Lots of sweat and tears, but it will all be worth it in the end.

Challenges this Summer....
This has been the toughest summer EVER!!! About two weeks ago, I had to call 9-1-1 and rode in the ambulance as my mother was transported to Seton Main. She was in critical condition most of the trip and when we arrived at the ER her airway immediately secured. She was in ICU for three days and then IMC (cardiac step down unit) five days. It was the most scariest moment in my life. I can remember as a little girl my dad telling my mom's heart and lungs were delicate, and as my career in the medical field has grown...well I have a better understanding. With the grace of God she is now home and growing stronger everyday. I have much to be thankful for and my strength has definitely been tested.
